I’m a Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of Comparative Politics at the University of Greifswald. My research explores questions of political representation, political behaviour, gender and politics, and social inequalities.​

 

For my PhD, I study how staffers as unelected political actors shape politics in parliament with a focus on women’s political representation. I am further part of the research project “Can a woman do the job? Introducing a gender perspective on legislative oversight,” funded by the Thyssen Foundation and led by Prof. Dr. Corinna Kröber (University of Greifswald) and Ass.-Prof. Dr. Sarah Dingler (University of Innsbruck).

Overall, I am very interested in empirically tested solutions for the societal challenges of our time, particularily with regard to social identities and marginalization.
